I've been here twice in two years and both times the experience was horrible. Last year they washed my truck (a lifted one at that) and they didn't even wash the fender wells. In April my wife dropped my new truck off to be washed. I went by to pick it up that afternoon. When I got it home, I walked around it. There were spots 2 feet long that weren't even washed, the bottom of the tailgate was dirty, my mirrors were not clean, the front windshield had water spots baked onto it and the dash was still dusty. I turned right around and went back. A "supervisor" came out with the kid who washed it. He looked at him and said "you missed a lot". They proceeded to go back over the truck and clean it up. I told them to make sure the front side of the mirrors were clean. I noticed what looked like steel wool laying on the table next to where they were washing. Didn't think much about it, but when I got home and looked at my truck again, my drivers side mirror looked like they had used the steel wool to try and get the bugs, etc. off the mirror. I called to speak to the owner and he won't call me. I sent them a message on Facebook asking for the owner to call me. I was read, but no one ever called. I guess I'll have to take the truck and attempt to have the mirror buffed out or repainted, at my cost. This carwash is garbage and the ownership is pathetic. Wouldn't hurt my feelings if it goes under tomorrow. I should have learned my lesson after last year.
Do not take your car to this place! Its not professional. I had to sign a waiver just to get my car washed. I was there 3 hours for a $35 dollars wash. Being they wanted me to paid first I couldn't just leave. And to top it all off, the wash job was just plain horrible. My windows were cleaner before went in there. They must have tried to clean my windows with a nasty, dirty rag. By the time I got home, the tire dressing was slung all over my car. I was so mad! I will NEVER go back to that place.
They were washing the cars with a rag and hardly no soap... no real cleaning agent. So I repeat save your 45 dollars and do it yourself. You'll be a lot happier
Hand wash your vehicle. They have a good selection of how much detailing you want. Will pick up and deliver your vehicle. They do a nice job.
I have taken my cars here several times. They have always good a great job!
Do not take your vehicle here. They not only stole 1 but two of my hydro flash while my car was there. I ended up leaving my car there for 3 hours while I went to work and there was no other customers when I returned the insides were only half way cleaned and the vehicle was not even washed. On top of that they had to pull my brand new mats out of the garbage where they threw then away. Even after waiting for another 40 minutes my car was streaked. My mats were dirty and my mirrors/ glass still dirty.
